Meet Jeff

Composed, Competitive, Analytical.

Colorado was born, grown, and raised. Jeff is exercising both the personal and professional theme of 2020, “pivot.” It provided the perfect opportunity to transition professionally and join his brother-in-law and wife as broker associates. A 2-sport college athlete fostered Jeff’s in-depth knowledge of successful team dynamics and stimulated his competitive nature. After an amazing 30+ years in the recreation and fitness industry. He is applying his natural desire to serve and provide life-changing opportunities to his clients. Joining The David Bell Group at Milehimodern, with over $150 million in home sales in the Denver Metro Area, Jeff knew he would get the right exposure and experience.

When not engaged in Real Estate, Jeff can be found with his family or living an active lifestyle playing or watching sports. Married to his high school sweetheart, now his “work wife”, they have three grown children. He really enjoys helping people and is excited to work with you!

Proudest Moment: Personally: Fatherhood times 3, Professionally: Imprinting a lifelong memory for a client.

Biggest Challenge: Admitting or accepting that I can't be and do everything for everyone.

Perfect Day: Breakfast at a neighborhood diner followed by a round of golf, a professional sporting event, and a barbeque dinner with family and friends.

First Job: Summer camp assistant.

Inspiration: My father, his complete dedication to his family, corny sense of humor and was always the first to help anyone in need.
